The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 8,             
1999, calendar (page 1273), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(RLS)                                  
"An Act relating to construction contracts and subcontractors;                
relating to design-build construction contracts; and providing for
